Week of 4/26/2020

Sunday:
Souper Sunday
French dip leftovers
GROCERIES random: canned stewed tomatoes, pasta salad add ins like tomatoes, bbq sauce, Franks hot sauce, regular spaghetti sauce

MEAL PREP

  • freeze scraps and leftovers
  • Lettuce 
  • Write to be eaten list on fridge- include meal plan, leftovers, things that need used up
  • tuna salad and crackers for lunches
  •  Eventually pasta salad add ins- tomatoes 
Monday

Breakfast: Greek yogurt, berries 
L: soup, tuna, or spaghetti 
D: Italian turkey meatloaf, soup - use small jars of sauce 
Groceries: Greek yogurt, berries, Parm cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese sticks 

Tuesday

B: Greek yogurt 
L: soup
D: Italian turkey meatloaf, soup

Wednesday:
B: Greek yogurt, berries 
L: soup 
D: chicken in crock with dressing, make mashed potatoes, use pesto 
Groceries: 

Thursday 
B: Greek yogurt, berries 
L: soup 
D: leftovers 

Friday
B: Greek yogurt, berries
L: shakeology 
D:Korean sloppy joes 

Groceries: red pepper, buns, green onions 



Saturday 
B: breakfast casserole
L: 
D: brunch burgers Josie’s 
Groceries: crescent rolls, shredded cheese, roll of sausage turkey?.
